Complaint / review text:
I lost my phone / it got on the 2nd. I called customer service on the 3rd. Well tried for hours but got a recording that num not on the MTN network. REALLY? So finally called CellC, they say can only call Csurance using a CellC line, no they cant transfer me! So I borrow a colleagues phone, finally get through hold for 30min only to discover that none of my details have been updated, which I requested to be updated last year already, so the number they have on file is an old one. The call centre lady says OK she'll send me details etc and asks for my email address which I updated AGAIN, then I waited two days, no response, so I emailed them, still no response, call again on Thursday to be told no they dont request details or send forms per email. WHAT!? So I ask what I'm supposed to do coz when I called last all they need is ITC and case num, they say go instore, fill a form then fax it. I go, only to be told I need an affidavit coz Csurance will not process without it. I get it come back fill out forms, they say check in 24hrs, no response or email on Sat or Mon, where i went in spent 2hrs on hold or even today! WHY? We waiting on CellC is the excuse. I want my phone already!
