Complaint / review text:
I went to MTN Westville Mall, Durban to update my person details. Their system was down and was advised to call the call centre.
While I was there I found out I have been paying BBM when I've had an iPhone on contract with MTN for 2 Years!!!
I called the call centre to update my personal details. Given reference number. I was told I would have an email within 1 hour showing my updated details & a statement.
After 2 hours of waiting and getting no email I called back to be advised that my reference number did not exist.
I then had to go through the whole thing again providing all my personal details for a second time. After spelling my email address out they still managed to get the email address wrong and again I had to call for a third time following up on the statement.
Again my personal details were incorrect and I had to make corrections.
After asking numerous times to speak to a supervision, no supervisor comes to the phone.
Pathetic service to say the least!!!
