I currently have a contract with vodacom (0763013858) & I decided to take out a second contract however when I went to collect the phone, it was the wrong phone. I immediately cancelled that contract yet vodacom sent me a message stating that I owe a certain amount of money & if not paid my number will be blocked. I called the number Provided several times & got no assistance. I went to vodacom southgate & a consultant called trade partners who investigated & found that I was wrongly billed. I was told that Some1 would contact me. I received an sms saying I have a credit note but my number was blocked a few days after. 4 months later after driving around to various vodacom centres someone finally tells me that vodacom blocked my number & deleted it. My debits were cancelled by vodacom without my concent & i was charged penalties for not paying. I now need to pay for the cancelled debits & I need to pay for another sim to reinstate my number. This is ridiculous. I did not concent to cancelling my debits on my current contract so why do I need to pay for reinstating my number. I was willing to pay for my monthly bills but asking me to pay for vodacoms negligence is
