Complaint / review text:
My vehicle was broken into and my cell phone. I reported this to the police and received a case number. I went to CellC to report the incident and provided them with the case number. This was on 10 September 2014. According to CellC at Keywest Krugersdorp, they mailed the claim form and all required information to Csurance. I received NO feedback from CellC on this matter. When I went into the store on 27 September 2014, I was shocked to find out that Csurance have not received my claim. Apparently the e-mails from Keywest are not being received by Csurance. Today I was told that I need to provide Csurance with an affidavit and ID. This has never been requested of me and the Csurance claim process also doesn't specifiy this requirement. I have been without my phone for almost three weeks. CellC and Csurance are more than willing to accept my insurance contribution, but when it comes to honouring their part of the agreement they give you the run-around. I need this resolved IMMEDIATELY, my business is suffering because of this. Maybe I should sue for loss of income?
