Complaint / review text:
On the 29 September I requested the invoice for my account after I received a high billing statement. After not hearing a thing from MTN I requested this again, on the 1 October. On the 4 October I received an email with reference no 8871614 stating I would receive the invoice in the next 4 hours. Well it is now the 10 October and I still DO not have the invoice. I find this unacceptable as MTN just debits my bank account without explanation of what I'm paying for.
