Complaint / review text:
I migrated my cell contract from Autopage to MTN end of August 2014 and have now for the second time had a debit order taken. Despite numerous phone calls from Autopage regarding my "upgrade" and me telling them I am no longer a customer and even going into an Autopage store and confirming my contract had been migrated I am still got debited. Managed to get someone to look into it, they would log a credit request which 5 days later I got an SMS saying my Autopage account will be credited. I called the Call centre again to explain I am not a customer anymore they would need to credit my bank account again a request would be logged for that. BUT this weekend my account was debited. Seriously what the??!! I am now having to wait for someone from Autopage to "look" into this and another requested as been logged. I am now without funds again this month from a debit that should never have taken place. All I want is this to be rectified as now 2 months later I am still fighting with a company that just doesn't get it that I am not longer a customer. Isnt what they are doing illegal? I am tired of fighting over this. Just goes to show how incompetent their staff is.
