Complaint / review text:
I upgraded my adsl account to a 4mb account at the beginning of the year. I advised that I do not require the weekend and afternoon dialling plan as I do not make phone calls from my adsl line. As discussed per telephone (call recorded) my total monthly instaltment would be R 705.00. I then started receiving invoices for R801.00 and decided to log a dispute at the Telkom Centurion store. I have not heard anyhting. I phoned and all I get is redirection of my phone calls. I am now at the point where I have had enough. I am a paying customer and Telkom doesnt seem to care... They invoice me extra anyway because I will just pay. Thank you Telkom.
