My contract handset (Gallaxy S4 Cellphone) got broken on the rear camera lens screen/glass and I took it in for repairs at westgate mall Cell C branch in November, now I am getting a run around into getting this phone repaired and returned to me. I have done a numerous communications with cell C customer care telephonically and via email, but still I am not getting any help. Cell C repair center tells me that the insurer Csurance is awaiting documents, and I should submit the documents, when I call Csurance to find out about the documents, their contact number doesnt go through, then I only get hold of them through the underwriter (Finerite) but they always to me saying they are working out on something and they will call me back of which they dont, on two occassions Csurence to me. The sad part is that Cell C is debiting my bank acount but when I ask them for intervention they dont seem to take any step all they tell me is that I should get hold of Csurence, but if my acount wasnt up todate with payments they would have rejected my repair claim on the spot. Cell C got me this insurer when I signed my contract, I cant understand now why they cant assist me.
