My previous report that I am still waiting for correct feedback from Danielle
I have proof that I already had my phone and sim in Dec and not in Jan as Danielle said my contract will expire. This is incorrect because then my contract will be 2 years and a month. I did send response via email, but do not get any response. Now I see that I will still pay end of Jan???
My 24 month contract has expired and I gave notice to change this contract to a prepaid.
I do not get any feedback or confirmation that this will be done, although I got a new statement showing my contract is still continuing into 2015
CAN I HAVE FEEDBACK VIA EMAIL ONLY.
Cell C is only getting worse and have never improved!!!
