Incompetent staff = no good for vodacom

I went with my mother (j samuels) on 05/01/2015 to the vodacom bayside store to renew a contract for her.
We were assisted by rosaline that helped us fill in the paperwork and asked my mother to sign where needed.
Rosaline also confirmed that it will take 24 hours from the time that the application is submitted until approval and my mother will be contacted. By 08/01/2015 no contact has been made and i called the store on behalf of my mother, we were informed by eden (the manager) that the application was pending on the system and my mother will get a call within that day or early 09/01/2015.14:00 on 09/01/2015 we walked into the bayside branch to find out what the problem is. We were assisted by lee roy february (the only one that actually helped us, who we would like to thank... Make him manager instead), who informed us that no application was submitted on the system and that he will help us. He applied for us again and was approved instantly, michael the supervisor was informed about this and tried to explain how applications work at the store, this is not approptiate or acceptable service, please train your staff better. Very disgtuntled clients
