Cellc hed office pathetic service

I lost my handset in the begining of january witch was a Samsung galaxy s4 black, I have insurance through csurance it took them 4 days to start my application after they received all the required documents. I requested a black phone they said they will request it on the purchase order not telling me the color is not insured after a number of follow ups my phone eventually got delivered 2weeks later to cellc kolonnade, we opened the box and it was a white handset witch obviously was the wrong color, their are call recordings witch I requested 3weeks back and still have not received it from the pathetic insurance company. The Phone has been in cellc kolonnade for the past 2 and a half weeks where cellc head office has no feedback nor the insurance company, Cellc colonnade has been helpful in every aspect but when it comes to complaints your Hq can not sort things out I have not been able to use my contract for more than a month because of this and I find it is pathetic that cellc has no regard for client service in cellc hq. Every person has a color preference that's why when you take a contract you can select between colors and its not a sort of thing where you take what you get
