So after complaining and trying to get assistance from VODACOM regarding a contract being activated and money being debited from my wifes account without her knowledge NOBODY his gotten back to her regarding this. So we did some investigations of our own as Vodacom clearly doesnt care about its clients and discovered that a contract was opened at the Vangate Mall branch with information. The person that applied for the contract used a copy of a ID which any blind person can see its and a bank statement that doesnt make sense. So yes, it was Identify but what is so scary and makes me wonder is that the person who assisted the perpetrator didnt follow protocol to do the proper checks before going ahead with the contract. So now my wife is trying again to get assistance for the Store manger Clinton Gordon who refuses to help and is rather hiding in his office. This is a very serious issue and to me its negligence and how many other people isnt being due to these staff member wanting to make the sale. Can someone at VODACOM PLEASE ASSIST. We have gone to the police and a case has been opened. And we do not want a automated reply saying we investigating.
