I have the Telephone service called American Dial Tone. This company is a joke.
I went from paying for 300 minutes of long distance to 60 minutes without written notice. I was having trouble with my long distance since 4/6/10 when I tried using my long distance. I called them 5 times. Each time I got the same response, that they would need to put a ticket in & call me back with the results.
Never got a call. Called 3 more times & was put on hold & no one ever came back to the phone. Called again on 5/5/10 complaining & was AGAIN told the same response. Finally, got the issue fixed & asked for a refund for the long distance charge for the month of April.
When I was able to use the long distance feature, it indicated that I went from 300 minutes to 60 minutes. Again I called & I was informed that this is their new policy & that they no longer have the 300 minute feature. Yet my April bill shows that I have 300 minutes starting from 4/25/10 to 5/24/10. I explained this to the rep.
He sounded like a broken record.
I plan on looking for another phone service. Anyone know of any good phone companies out there that don't want your first born for monthly payments?
