MTN debiting my account without my permission

Complaint / review text:
I migrated my lines to the new packages and consolidated my accounts onto one business account and have been over billed and MTN is debiting my bank account without my permission. I have reported this on several occasions through the assistance of Fred from Cosmonet who has logged two USD 4679370 to make 100% sure that they have me on the network on the right packages and USD 4569722 to check for credit once feedback from the first come through. What has happened is that my packages haven't been loaded correctly and I have been billed for airtime and data usage that is higher than the package stipulates.
