On 2015/03/13 I applied for an extra line and cell phone on my existing vodacom account. The results came back with a problem on my credit report. The same day I resolved the problem with legal representation and obtained a letter from the the institution showing that I have no outstanding money with them. I was assured by the vodacom shop in Warmbaths that the application will be approved on 2015/03/14. I phoned the warmbaths vodacom shop on Saturday to find out how far the application is. I was just told that they are to busy to help me and they would help me when they have time. I visited the vodacom shop in person and they showed me on their system that no one at Vodacom customer sales have attended to my application. My question to the MD of Vodacom is; why do you employe incompetent staff and will my application be approved with in 24 hours. Your service is really terrible but your money collecting department make sure they take my money. If I look at your staff I have my doubts to your ability's to Mr Managing Director of Vodacom. I hope you will be proving me wrong by 2015/03/15 with my new line and handset in hand.
