To whom ever it may concern, i went to your menlyn branch on 7/03/2015 to take my phone in for possible repairs, got there i was told that u have to add your name & surname on a register in order to be assisted. So i informed the lady that i want to send my phone in for repairs. Before i cud even write my details she asked me where the charger was, i told her why do u need the charger as i did not bring it. I never knew that this was a requirement! I have an ongoing contract with mtn. I had the phone & the contract with me. Why cant u help me? She advised that no we can't assist u, as u need to bring the original charger & the phone before we can assist. I asked her & if i think it's only a software problem she said no the same applies. Now my dam question is do i pay for a charger or do i pay for the phone & everything else!? So if i no longer have the original charger u are telling me that u will not assist me in repairing the phone??!! This is! So now on my insurance when i want to claim for something u are going to ask me for my charger??!! I want this to be sorted out asap! I am not paying for a charger! My cell: 0798796445!!!
