On the 2nd of February 2015 I sent an e-mail to MTN at and informed them that I am cancelling my contract that expires on the 6th of March 2015 and that I would like the number migrated to prepaid. The completed forms were attached. I was given ref: #9495549 and informed by Senzene Vuma that I have to contact the retentions department on 9 March 2015 regarding the migration to prepaid. On the 9th of March 2015 I e-mailed and requested the migration to prepaid as instructed by Senzene Vuma. By 16 March 2015 nothing had been done about the cancellation or the migration to prepaid. I contacted customer services at 808 and informed them again of the cancellation and migration to prepaid. I was given ref: #124965425. I informed MTN via e-mail that I refuse to pay for any expenses incurred on that number after the date of expiry. The simply send automated responses. Up to 20 March 2015 nothing has been done. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. As soon as my contracts expire I will take all 5 numbers to another network.
