I would like to express my dissatisfaction and utter disgust at the way you are handling my upgrade on one of my contracts (0828758730). I upgraded on the 6 March 2015, and I was told that delivery will be the following week on 10 or 11 March. I never received my parcel. On Thursday, 12 March, I called in to inquire and I was told that the courier was hijacked. They promised me that they will re-send my parcel the following week. I called in again on 17 March to check if the parcel was dispatched, and I was told that I should get my parcel on Friday, 20 March. Today being 20 March, I call again to check when the courier will be delivering, I get told again that the parcel has not been dispatched as the matter was actually escalated to Management, and they haven't dealt with it, meaning there parcel was never dispatched. To make matters worse, when I express my dissatisfaction, the person tells me that Management is not available, they are in some sort of a meeting. I have really lost my patience because, I have to call in everytime, and be fed a different story or promise. Autopage does not even have the decency to call me and let me know what is happening.
