Vodacom staff in canal walk is not there to assist just to waist time.
How does it work if vodacom staff no longer work in a vodacom shop. Does his customers gets a call to say they do not have any one to help them any more. All my papers for a contract got lost and also application for new contract disappeared from Viacom, this after i was promised it will take one week before I can claim new phone its been more than a month and vodacom still fails to deliver. Blaming the person no longer working for them. Is this how vodacom operates?
