Deducting money from my account without a contract

Complaint / review text:
I closed my Altech Autopage account due to the bad service that I have received from them over the years. After all of this, I just went onto my online banking and saw that Autopage deducted money from my account even though my contract with them ended a month ago already.
I tried to phone the call centre but was put on hold for more than 25 minutes.
I have decided that I am going to send an email to all my friends and Colleagues to let them know about my experience with Autopage and that the must NEVER take out a contract with Autopage.
Worst service provider I have ever dealt with! I cant wait to spread the word on facebook! Even though I am trying to get away from Autopage by cancelling my contract, it seems that i cant as they keep deducting money from my account even though I am not receiving any services from them!
