I purchased a cell phone cover and screen protector for a Note 4 from this Vodacom store. The cover was faulty and the protector was put on incorrectly. I returned to the store to show the cover to the staff. The cover did just not fit properly. I could not charge my phone properly, nor could I get the pen out easily. A lady from the shop re-adjusted the cover on my phone, which did not help. A couple of days later I noticed that part of the cover had snapped. I went back to the shop and the staff in the shop said they could not do anything without consulting their manager. I then left my cover at the shop. To cut a long story short, I spoke to the manager on the phone to find out what he was going to do to remedy the situation. He was rude, aggressive and absolutely disgusting to deal with. He didn't even seem to care when I told him that I'm going to post a complaint on HelloPeter. It has been approximately 3 weeks since this ordeal started and about 2 weeks with me not having a cover. I have been to the shop 3 times to see the manager to sort out this situation, but he has not once been there.
