Debited for 2 accounts that I don't have

On the 1st of April 2015 I noticed on my bank statement that I have been debited a total of 4 times for Cell C accounts.

To my knowledge I only have 2 Cell C accounts which are fully paid and should have been debited.
The other two accounts in querie are 59030168138852720 and 590338871529441310 in the amounts of R153.99 and R114.99 respectively.

Both of these accounts are not being used by myself, and Cell C is more than welcome to do an audit on data useage and or phone logs to prove this to themselves.

What is even more concerning, and bordering on criminal, is the fact that I changed my banking account details on 17th March 2015, and instructed Cell C to amend my debit order details for numbers 0619158191 and 0611651512 only. I am therefore alleging that CellC has debited my account in the above mentioned amounts, and am seriously considering further action, just to prove a point.

My challenge to CellC is two fold:
a) To prove that these phones are being used by me
b) To provide me with the necessary authorization to debit my account for all 4 accounts

The required outcome of this complaint would be the refund of the monies debited from my account
