I went in to the Vodacom shop (Wonderpark) to do a sim swap on my Vodacom contract, they told me it will take 3 hours and After 3 hours my line was still inactive. I then phone their sim swap department. They confirmed with me that the status is cancelled. The following day I went to Vodacom shop again and explain to sales person who helped me he then phoned back at Vodacom Sim Swap Department. He gave me a new sim card and after 3 hours my line is still inactive and I phone call center they confirmed with me that the line is not registered. Sales person send an email to vodacom to assist him with error but still nothing is happening and I went back Vodashop and spoke to sales person at the Vodashop and he send an email requesting that sim card must be activated to the IT department. Once again, IT IS MORE THAN A WEEK AND THE SIM CARD IS STILL NOT WORKING!!! This is unacceptable. A sim swap normally takes 2 hours. I want to use my new phone and now I must struggle like this. PLS sort this out.
