Unwilling to help, but MTN saved the day

I got a new phone and needed my sim to be made smaller. I went to vodacom but they said they could only do a sim swap. Bearing in mind the last time they did one for me, it took 3 visits to the store, talking to 5 people and a week to complete, not to mention the countless phone calls i had to make to them.
The person helping me this time walked away when I asked if there was nothing else I can do. I went to the MTN shop in the checkers centre, and even though I told them I was with vodacom, they with out a pause, took my card and cut it with a special punch! Such a pity the vodacom is interested in making MONEY from the customer and could not give too hoots about customer service.
Just shows how much better MTN is then vodascum.
