After a lengthy battle to have my contract cancelled, on the 09 Jan'2015 i finally received confirmation from Tahir Vadia that my account has successfully settled and migrated to Pre-paid. The 02 Apr'2015 i received a statement saying that i owe Autopage R289.00, with no cell number or reference number linked to the statement. I immediately referred this to both Tahir Vadia and Marco Adonis, who plainly ignored my emails. Despite numerous request for a reply. The 25 Apr'2015 my banking account was debited with R289.00, and i have to once again deal with Autopages' call centre, who informed me that they can only log a call and refunds take up to 7 days. My overall experience with Autopage has been shocking. I had a flawless account with Nashua Mobile, who migrated my account to Autopage (Not my choice) and from day 1 i experienced problems which led to my settling and cancelling my contract. Now 3 months later, i get told my account is still being billed and Autopage just find it convenient to debit my account and now i have to wait 7 days for a refund, due to their incompetent administration and staff. I hope someone competent responds to this with a solution and not excuses.
