Complaint / review text:
Every month i receive an email stating that i must open the attacchment which does not appear on the email. I have in the past reported this to social media with the hopes that this will be resolved but still i receive the same thing every month. They give me the telkom mobile invoice (Telkom Mobile Invoice 500672801) but no attachment to open. When will Telkom get this right for me to see my itimzed billing which i get charged for every month, or are they doing this deliberately or from me!!!?
