And poor service at vodacom gugulethu

Got very poor service at the Vodacom shop Gugulethu Mall. Money was debited from my account for a contract i applied for and did not sign on approval (sales person signed the contract and activated the contract six days (26/04/2015) before i went to the store to sign (30/04/2015). When i went to the store to enquire and cancel the contract, the only thing i got was arrogance and attitude from the sales person and manager, no help at all. I then phoned the call centre, only to find out the sales person signed on my behalf and the contract was activated on the 24/04/2014 (but i only went to the store to sign on the 30/04/2015). Now i rush back to the shop with this information, only now the manager is willing to assist me while the sales person was hiding herself in the staff office. Manager did the cancellation and i was paid from the cash register (which is also strange). My worry is that there are so many uneducated / un-informed people that use that store that can can easly fool and how many more people do they do this to and got away with it. I have lost all respect and trust for vodacom. Those staff and manager need training on customer service.
