Complaint / review text:
Account Bill dated 01 April 2015 amounted to R3350.62 as I could not pay the amount, on 10 April 2015 I arranged to pay off in amounts R1120 over a period of three (3) months with Mr Tshepo. Maruma (Ref no: 0748890553). This amount had to paid in at a bank as provided by the Altech Autopage Kenilworth, Shop 56.
The arrangement was that services will continue as normal for as per contract. I wanted to make payment arrangements for longer then 3 months but T. Maruma told me that the policy of Autopage does not allow for such arrangements. Thus the amount of R1120. I had to submit the proof of payment every months after the payment was made directly into the bank account of Autopage.
On 06 May 2015 all services to cellphone 0842142925 and 0729335080 were suspended without prior notice. This is direct deviation as per arrangement.
That is unfair to me. It is an inconvenience to me as a client. How is it possible that a representative of Autopage can not deal with a client? Why they did not informed me? Is this not a transgression according to the arrangement? They did not negotiated in good faith.
Bad Services indeed.
