I'm very fed up with the insurance services from cellc, I do not understand on why is it so difficult to claim back your cell phone. I lost my cell phone in a taxi to town, I then claimed to cellc "csurance". I went directly to the cellc store in Jabulane mall, they assisted me to forward the claim forms, after the forms were submitted... My gut feeling told me to contact cellc directly, as soon as I contacted cellc I was advised that they have forwarded old forms and I have to re-do the forms again. I then filled the "new" forms and again I had to contact them, only to find out that according to the assessors my phone was inactive before it got lost, I'm very confused as I was making calls and receiving calls during that day. I asked with the turnaround time for that process and they do not have a turnaround time in making further investigations, so im very angry because my account is being debited monthly but when I expect service from cellc it becomes a night mare.
