Applied for a contract on the 8th of May. The shop told me they didn't have stock which i understood
They then proceeded to not answer any phone calls and no feedback was given to me at all
eventually after 10 days of no response i went to another Branch where the lady was brilliant and immediately checked the system for me, I gave her my ID number and the info that cam up was completely wrong. My name was wrong my address was wrong. Everything was wrong. So after 10 days of waiting it turned out that the nfo i gave them was not even the info that they (Vincent park branch) had put in. Also telling me that they can only tell me if i have been approved once they have stock. Which sounds fishy to begin with,

At the end of the day i will never use the Vincent Park branch at all in the future
Hemmingways Branch in east London is by far the better option.
