Bad service that really scares me
I recently (- 6 months) lost my cell
I then call vodacom to have my number blocked as my banking is show no
The phone (and my name and surname with my face book)
They asked me to confirm the transactions that was done on the phone
As I had the phone with me no more than a hour back
but I still could not confirm the transaction on the phone but it is mine I can
Prove it ; the gentlemen explains that he won't be able to assist me to block the phone
But will help to put a soft block that will not allow any one to use the sim till I do the swap
I will have to go to a vodacom shop as I entered the vodacom outlet a lady ask
How can I assist (vodacom trade rout mall) I explained her what happen
And she burst out saying this call centre agent just send clients to the shop
She then told me to go open a case for the cell
And I said it will be ok she does not have to block the phone
(I was paying insurance for the phone)
I was too embarrassed to even speak cause everyone in the shop was
Looking at me and my family and for me to fight for a sim and I do not even have a phone
