Complaint / review text:
My contract ended on the 21 April 2015. I called in prior to this to make sure my contract did not continue. I asked for my number to be made prepaid.in April my account was debited by Autopage for data, in May again my account was debited.
My account is on prepaid! I have no dealings with Autopage!!! How can I still be getting charged! I try calling the customer care line and all I get is a dead line! I am frustrated as I have been having billing issues before my contract with Autopage ended, well atleast since my contract was migrated from Nashua Mobile to Autopage!!! I have still not received any feedback from Autopage regarding this! However this is a separate issue and I'm glad my contract with Autopage is over! I thought all my issues were resolved when my contract ended, but this is the issue I now have!
I want to be reimbursed for the months I have been billed for no apparent reason and for the inconvenience caused If I do not get a response I will definitely waste my time and money to take this matter to court if it means getting any joy.
I am frustrated to the core now and I will not tolerate this any further! This is the most pathetic service ever!
