Hi I bought a unipin voucher for R100, followed instructions to get electricity token and I never received the token.
I then bought another unipin voucher for R200 and received the SMS below

The number on the sms doesn't wanna go through on my meter and I'm already out of electricity. Also, what is the 12.00 debt all about?
