Complaint / review text:
My husband's Vodacom contract was upgraded in October 2014. He received a Samsung Note 4 with a charger. Upon trying to use his brand new cellphone charger he discovered that it was faulty and retuned it to the Vodacom Irene Mall Branch within 7 days to have it replaced. It was explained to him by the Branch Manager that they have new chargers that they could replace it with but the problem is that he received a WHITE charger and they have to now replace it with a new WHITE charger and they cannot take his WHITE charger back and replace it with a BLACK charger of which they had plenty in the store!!! Yet 7 months later they apparently still haven't received a WHITE charger from their supplier to replace his faulty new charger with but have plenty of stock on the black charger???
