I received my upgrade phone. Took it out of the box on 31 May 2014 and loaded my settings via my laptop. Phone was working great. It was charging, and updating working like a brand new phone should. Then i needed to charge my phone via the brand new charger received in the box. The charger does not work. So on Monday 2 June i went to get the charger sorted. Now to get something so simple sorted i needed to send my phone with the charger. Something which i did begrudgingly. I collected my phone today 12 June 2014.

The charger does not work. I plugged my phone into my wife's charger that she got with her phone and it charges. 100%. The charger i received with the phone today 12 June, still does not work. To say that i'm unhappy with the situation is putting it mildly. Very mildly.

What action will you take now? I do not want to have the inconvenience of handing my phone back while you are not fixing anything. All i want is a new charger. As easy as that.
