Complaint / review text:
For the past 2 - 3 months we have been buying electricity and noticed that the units that we are receiving have decreased drastically and we end up paying more for electricity than people who stay in big houses with geysers and swimming pools.
I stay in a two room and do not have a geyser / stove nor a heater and in a month I spend close to R1000 on prepaid electricity. R200 worth of electricity gives me 56.8 units and the sad part is that there is nowhere to query this. My meter number is 07111847898
