Complaint / review text:
My wife and I bought a top up of our Unipin Electricity on Saturday 26th July, as we noticed we only had a few units left. The only problem is that we received an sms saying that there is a "problem with your electrical supplier" and that when it is resolved we shall receive our token number.
We have been out of electricity since Saturday evening now and I have used the sms number for queries etc. To no prevail.
We need electricity, yesterday already!
