Complaint / review text:
I had planned a lovely summer vacation with my family to Cuba and made bookings through Air France. Booking my ticket was a seamless process and I was impressed with efficient they were but unfortunately I had to cancel this trip and hence requested to have my ticket cancelled.
On the day that I made the cancellation, I was informed that the refund would take 14-21 days. Hence I was expecting to receive my refund by 7 January 2015. It is the 13 Jan and I have not received my money nor have I had any correspondence from Air France.
Air France needs to pull up their socks! Because after this experience, I would never advise a single person to use this airline. It's ridiculous that the only form of contact that I have with them is through a call centre that has failed over and over again to assist me.
