Can't fix wrong debit order details.

When I moved from QVC to LPA they were supposed to copy the debit order details from the QVC account to the LPA account. The person capturing the details used the old inactive account details i. S. O. The latest account details that they had on the system. When the debit order did not go off my account in Dec I submitted an online query (1442) on the 5th of December. The response from Ilze Stoltz was that I need to resend the account details, which I did on the 8th of December, even though they already had it. After sending the account details I received no response.
I then called the call centre on the 19th of December to find it whether the details was updated - I spoke to Emmanuel who said that it was not and requested that I send him the account details - AGAIN - which I did on the same day. Again no response or confirmation.
I then sent an email to the lady who I originally dealt with at LPA - and I had to send the account details AGAIN. The response was that it was too late to update the details as the debit orders was already submitted to the bank.
I still have no confirmation whether the details was updated, despite submitting another online query (1656)
