I originally sent a request to book a house for rent with Airbnb, 10/01/15 after speaking to the host this was unsuitable and therefore cancelled the booking on the 12/01/15 - Airbnb debited my account and irrespective of contacting the host and cancelling on the website twice they have still not refunded me or changed the profile which reads accepted. I will never recommend using Airbnb.
They are not interested in communicating with the customer directly
And you can't reply to their emails.
After cancelling the booking online last night this morning I had an email from Airbnb saying - Hi Paul,
Pack your bags—you're going to Seligenstadt!
Cant seem to cancel this booking and recieve a refund.
