I am disgusted by the lack of service by DSTV... 4 weeks ago my viewing was cut off because of non payment. I called the call center because I was on the debit order option for their pricelock plan. the lady I spoke to said that my debit order was changed for the 1st and I specifically requested the 25th. I was told that someone from the Finance department was going to call me within 3 days to resolve the issue and arrange a payment plan but I since have not received a call. I have been submitting complaint after complaint on Hellopeter and I get the same story "someone from finance is going to call you and it has been 4 weeks and my bill with them is increasing but I am not even watching because they cut off my service. All I wanted was for you to tell me how to resolve the issue you guys caused but their finance team could not have the courtesy to call at all. and when I call you pick up and breath like a stalker and hang up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

MY HOME LOAN APPLICATION IS ABOUT TO GET DECLINED BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS AND THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!
