I have a Philips Eye-Fi Series TV. On 15th July 2014, the picture went off. Logged a call with Philips Customer care and they said with in 48 hrs the issue will be fixed.

Philips India Service Sucks. Its been 4 days since I logged a call for my TV repair. Compliant number PBLR1507140118. Till now no one turned up and 10 calls to Philips Customer care was complete waste of my time and money.

Every time I call them, they say, we have raised the ticket and assigned to service centre, they will come and attend. On 19th, when I called them and asked to give me the Service center contact details, they failed to give me and disconnected my call couple of times.in one another instance, they said, they can't given the details to me and also, when I asked them to transfer the call to their higher up, they didn't do and never committed a clear time line by when the service person would come.

Its very surprising to see in 2014, Customers are treated like this.

I Will never Buy any Philips Product hence fourth.
