2 months and still no delivery or refund

On 17th July I ordered a Pet Zoom Loungee car seat cover and to our disgust Groupon incorrectly delivered a Sex Toy! I complained via e-mail and Hello Peter. With the call centre being totally unhelpful, I finally received a response via my Hello Peter complaint. Shouneez Williams confirmed on 1st August that the correct item would be delivered in 7-10 working days. As one would expect from Groupon, delivery has STILL NOT taken place. After conceding that Groupon would not be able to get a simple thing right, I contacted the call centre about a week ago and requested that the sex toy be collected and I get a refund. This has not happened either and I am not receiving any response to my e-mail to Groupon support last week! Groupon has not taken this seriously at all and done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I will never purchase anything from Groupon in future as there is simply no form of customer care or service whatsoever.
