I ordered an item on 5 November. Groupon sent me an email on 13 November with a tracking number but, after following up on 18 Nov and 21 Nov, the courier still has no details of the item and neither does Groupon. They do not respond to email enquiries at all, let alone within the 72 hours they stipulate in their automated response and call centre staff do not respond within their own stated timeframe of 24-48 hours,
This is NOT the first time I have experienced issues with Groupon delivery but, to send out an email saying the item has been dispatched and then not be able to trace it for more than a week, is just ridiculous.
And I don't want an automated response thanking me for my post - I want delivery of the item that I have paid for.
