Unfortunately once again its come to the point where HelloPeter seems to be my only route in trying to communicate with Groupon who simply do not respond to their support queries: (
I am *still* waiting for 3x items ordered 22Oct (ie approx 6 weeks ago, stated delivery of two weeks!). I received one dispatch nitification with a tracking number, after the second interaction with the courier I was told the item had been returned to Groupon because they were unable to find and deliver to a Postnet address. Despite the item being returned to Groupon, i have received no such notification from Groupon nor a refund for the item.
The remaining two items simply have never been dispatched, it seems.
Groupon, please refund me for the 3 items still in my Groupons list. Check your support emails - all the details are there. Its not fair that you have had my money all this time, no doubt earning interest, which of course i am sure i will never see, even if i do ever get a refund.
Very disappointing for a company whose sole existence revolves around supplying good to customers: (
