I bought a 10 day holiday voucher from Astral Group for R300. They took the money off my bank account. They said I should phone them and give them my telephone number when I'm ready to use my voucher. Well last week I called and said I would like to use my voucher, I quoted my tel number and they said I'd recieve it within 48 hours. Till today nothing. They don't reply to my emails or phone calls. My voucher was affiliated with sagetaways. But sagetaways informed me today they not affiliated with Astral Group anymore. So my voucher is useless.
This is unacceptable. How can a company be allowed to carry on and from people, people and no one does anything about it?
Astral Group have no dignity or self respect. They should be disgusted at the way they do business
