Complaint / review text:
I was previously very sceptical about online shopping and the after sales service in the event of an inferior or incorrect product. I however have made numerous purchases on Groupon but had ordered one item incorrectly. I contacted Groupon support via email and a few days later I received and email from a Carl de Lange advising that the item will be picked up by courier. Once I advised him that this was done he promptly processed my refund and told me to expect it to reflect on my account in 5days. I was super impressed to find this had happened in 3days. Just want to say a big Thank You to Carl and Groupon for restoring my faith in service delivery and making sure the customer is king!
