On this day of May 18th 2015 my wife and my son and my self walked into the Hobby Lobby store on March Lane st in Stockton. We have been there before and actually drove 30 minutes from our home in Tracy CA to shop for decorations for my sons up and coming graduation. Our uncomfortable experience began as we reached the front of the store toward the registers I quickly noticed a gentleman by the name of "Mickel" he had grey hair and he would not stop starring at my family. The experience was very awkward and it made me feel like we were being watched. During this time my wife and I decided to put some items back because we found some other items at a better price, and so we know it is a card that was in front of the store with some return items and we decided to place our items there at this moment Mr. Michael quickly came over to our area and grab the items out of the basket to look at them carefully. Once we were ready for check up we went to the register and which it seem like a new employee was trying her best to check us out home we will leave was doing an awesome job herself, mr. Michael just a few feet away from her looking over her shoulder to make sure she was doing a good job and making sure that we knew he was looking in our direction. The cashiers name was Thelma and she actually made a few mistakes during the transaction in which Mr. Michael came over and told her I'm only going to fix this one more time you need to get this right in this f The cashiers name was Thelma and she actually made a few mistakes during the transaction in which Mr. Michael came over and told her I'm only going to fix this one more time you need to get this right, this was a very unprofessional to do in front of customers. At that moment I could no longer hold my opinion invoiced it out loud by saying wow it seems like Mr. Michael doesn't have very much patience. When the transaction was complete we simply told Thelma the cashier you're doing a great job keep up the good work, she replied thank you very much I needed them.
I am writing this because I found Mr. Michael to be very unprofessional and very insensitive when I came to training his new employees in front of customers. Hobby lobby is a wonderful place to go shopping and find great things that we need but unfortunately we continue to receive this kind of treatment as Mr. Michael has displayed we will have to go elsewhere. Thank you very much for reading this.
