Complaint / review text:
I received a letter from my primary care physician informing me to find another doctor by 6/30/13 as humana gold plus has terminated his contract without cause. I called humana customer service to provide me with several doctors' names so I can choose someone and to send me an updated providers' directory.
One of the names given to me over the phone is my doctor who is being terminated. I recently received the provider's directory and my primary doctor's name is still on it.
I don't have much time to find another doctor who is still on my insurance plan. Humana Gold Plus is not providing me with the information I need!
