I have the same problem with Groupon as outlined by Gadija on 21 Jan: "I exercised the option to unsubscribe from all emails. Ironically, despite the unsubscribe from all emails, I stll get email notifications. Again I use the unsubscribe "in one click" option at the bottom of this new email but lo and behold... It gives you an error message. Not allowing you to unsubscribe. You can try this a couple of times, and still get the error message. Unless I am blind there is not e-mail address on the website that you mail to contact help desk person."
I tried phoning the call centre as per the number on the website, but it never gets answered.
Groupon - please tell me how I can unsubscribe.
